Westfield Aviation was founded by Gene Church who has over 35 years experience in aviation as a pilot, FBO owner, and aviation broker. Jeff Church teamed up with Gene in 2003 bringing over 20 years of sales and marketing experience with him. Roger Salo joined the Westfield Aviation Team in 2014. Roger was the aviation executive for a Fortune 300 Corporation for over 30 years and was appointed in 2012 to the Michigan Aeronautics Commission by Governor Rick Snyder.

Corporate headquarters are located in the heart of the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York State amid world-class wineries and scenic, rolling hills in historic downtown Penn Yan, New York. Corporate offices are also located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL headed by Jeff Church and Plymouth, MI headed by Roger Salo.
